RunSheet

Terms of service

RunSheet · last updated 29 July 2026

The service

RunSheet is a Shopify app that shows the unfulfilled line items on your store together with the customization details attached to them, lets you group those items into batches, track production status separately from Shopify fulfilment, and print a run sheet for the workshop floor. Production status in RunSheet is RunSheet's own record; it is never written back to Shopify.

What you need

An active Shopify store, and the app installed on it. RunSheet runs inside the Shopify admin and has no separate account or password. Anyone with a Shopify staff account on your store who can open the app can see the production data in it, so control access through Shopify's own staff permissions.

Plans and billing

RunSheet has a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice, not as a separate bill from us. You can change or cancel a plan at any time from within the app; cancelling returns you to the free plan and does not delete any of your batches, statuses or production history.

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and partial months are not refunded. If you believe you have been charged in error, email support@runsheetapp.app and we will look at it.

Your store and your data

You are responsible for your Shopify store, for the orders and customization text in it, and for having the right to process that content. RunSheet reads what your store already holds and shows it back to you — it does not validate, moderate or take ownership of it.

Shopify remains the system of record for your orders. RunSheet's production statuses, batches and history are its own and exist only inside the app, so keep anything you need permanently in a system you control.

Acceptable use

RunSheet is for Shopify merchants managing their own production. Use it for that. You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to RunSheet, without notice, for any of the above. Where the cause is something you can fix, we will say what it is and give you a chance to fix it first.

Availability and no warranty

RunSheet is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

RunSheet is a production aid and not a system of record. Shopify remains the source of truth for your orders. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, production time or materials, arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. RunSheet is operated from Australia and its data is hosted in Sydney. Nothing in this clause removes any right you have to bring a claim, or to rely on a consumer protection law, in the country where you live.

Changes and termination

These terms may change as the service changes; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be noted in the app. You may stop using RunSheet at any time by uninstalling it, which also begins the deletion described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where practical.

Privacy

What RunSheet holds, and what it deliberately does not, is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
